Merced Mall would like to make your shopping experience as convenient as possible. With over 70 specialty shops, services and restaurants, and our 7-screen theater, there is always something new to do for every member of your family at Merced Mall.
The following services are available at our Customer Service Center. For any other questions you may have, inquire at the Customer Service Center. Relax and enjoy our safe, family-friendly environment.
Lost and Found
If you have lost something while visiting Merced Mall, please contact our Customer Service Center with a description of your item and we will do our best to locate and return your item to you. Customer Service can be reached by phone at 209-723-3981. Due to space limitations, Lost & Found items are only kept for 30 days.
Strollers and Wheelchairs
Merced Mall offers complimentary use of our strollers and wheelchairs for our shoppers' convenience while shopping at Merced Mall. Just bring a valid driver's license or identification card to our Customer Service Center. Singles, doubles and infant strollers are available.
Mall Security
Merced Mall Security's role is to ensure that every visitor has a safe and enjoyable shopping experience. By patrolling and monitoring all areas of the shopping center, the Merced Mall Security team makes certain that all visitors abide by the malls rules and regulations and conduct themselves in a manner that is conducive to a safe and secure environment.
Our trained security guards can give you assistance finding a particular store, escorting you to your car if you are shopping in the evening, or with locating someone for you in the common areas of the mall. If you lost a child or misplaced a package, Merced Mall security will assist you.
Mall Use Permit
Merced Mall permits noncommercial activities of community interest to be conducted on the premises by Non-Profit Organizations and does so without regard to personal approval or disapproval of the cause or organization involved. We do require that a Mall Use Permit application be completed in advance and submitted for approval. Once the application is processed and the availability of the dates requested is verified, you will receive notice of approval or denial.
If the permit is approved, organizations must follow Merced Mall's rules and regulations which are stated on the back of the permit application. If you have any questions regarding the Mall Use Permit process, or to obtain an application, please call 209-723-3981.
